About Cubs

Cub Scouts are
boys and girls
aged between
8 and 10.

They love adventure, games, working towards badges and having loads of fun!

Cubs meet on Monday nights from 6:30pm until 8pm.

PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOUR CHILD IS 8 BEFORE CONTACTING US
OR THEY MAY BE DISAPPOINTED.

What Cubs get up to

There are loads of fun things that you can do as a Cub Scout. You will get a chance to try lots of different activities like swimming, music, exploring, computing and collecting. If you do them properly you will get a badge which you can wear on your uniform.

Cub Scouts also get to go on trips and days out, to places like the zoo, theme parks or a farm. Sometimes you will be able to go camping with the rest of your Pack. This will mean you sleeping in a tent and doing loads of outdoor activities.

Cub uniform

All Cubs wear uniform once they are invested.

This includes a green cub sweatshirt, navy blue combat trousers and a green polo shirt.

They will be presented with their neckerchief (neckie) once they are invested and the group provides all membership badges.
